My Outlet

Our story
My Outlet was founded by Audrie Chad, a successful corporate leader with firsthand experience navigating neurodiversity. Through this lived experience, she learned the tremendous value of bringing awareness, support, and practical solutions to neurodivergent individuals at an early age, along with supporting them and organizations throughout the lifecycle.

We know that receiving a diagnosis —whether ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or any other form of neurodiversity — can feel overwhelming, confusing, and challenging to process. Likewise, living without a diagnosis can create an absence of valuable information. That’s why we’re here: to guide individuals, families and businesses with clarity, compassion, and real-world strategies that make a difference.
Our mission
At My Outlet, we are employing a strength based approach and a positive mindset to change the narrative around neurodiversity with a mission to achieve better outcomes for society. Our activities and initiatives are razer focused on accessing untapped talent and unlocking barriers to reaching full potential.

Our team
My Outlet brings together a cross disciplined team with deep expertise in education, clinical fields, business, neurodiversity, arts, science and more.

Audrie Chad
Founder
Audrie, a neurodivergent mother of two, is passionate about empowering kids, youth, young adults and leadership teams, creating spaces where they can thrive. Frustrated by the lack of support systems, she founded My Outlet to help children, teens, and young adults discover and develop their strengths. With her leadership, My Outlet has expanded its reach to support leadership teams within schools, camps and corporations with the establishment or enhancement of a neuroaffirming culture within their organizations.
With a background in finance, risk management, and sustainability, Audrie has advised top Canadian financial institutions on social impact, diversity, and inclusion. A thought leader in her field, she champions better education, camper experiences and employment outcomes for neurodivergent individuals to drive positive social outcomes and economic growth.
She holds a dual degree in Honours in Business Administration and Health Sciences from Western University. She is a CFA charter holder and a board member of the Institute of Neurodiversity Canada (ION-C).
