I enrolled my child in My Outlet classes, and it has been an amazing experience. The class takes a personalized approach, tailoring lessons to the needs of the cohort, while supporting each child's individual needs. Facilitators are well-trained to handle specific challenges and use a mix of visual aids, interactive activities, and mindfulness exercises to keep kids engaged.
What stands out is the focus on building confidence, teaching kids strategies to manage stressful situations and positive reinforcement to manage impulses and emotions. The hands-on curriculum includes movement-based activities, perfect for active kids who struggle with sitting still. Audrie's involvement is great, with regular updates to the program based on new and innovative ideas. This class isn’t just about ADHD. It’s about building confidence, emotional skills, and self-control. My child is more focused, confident, and excited to try his new strategies out. I highly recommend this program for all kids, and especially those with ADHD.
