Who this is for
Built for brains that learn differently
If your child has been diagnosed — or you suspect they're neurodivergent — and you're looking for a place where they truly belong, you've found it. My Outlet is designed specifically for kids whose brains just work differently, and that's exactly what gives them superpower.
For Kids 7+
A supportive, structured space where children can build confidence, emotional awareness, and social connection through movement, creativity, and mindfulness.
For Teens 16+ (LITs)
A space for teens to strengthen leadership skills, practise self-advocacy, and support younger participants while continuing to grow their own emotional and social skills.
Siblings from Neurodiverse Homes
Siblings benefit from a space that understands their family experience, offering tools for communication, resilience, and belonging.
ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other neurotypes
Our program is designed for different ways of thinking, learning, and expressing. We focus on strengths, build practical skills, and support each participant at their pace.

Leadership In Training (LIT)
Got a teenager who's ready for more? The LIT program is our signature leadership stream for neurodiverse teens — where they don't just participate, they lead.
LIT participants work alongside younger children in the program, applying real leadership skills in real time. The result? Teens who leave more confident, more self-assured, and genuinely proud of who they are.
Teens report higher confidence and self-regulation after completing LIT
Real leadership experience supporting younger program members each session
A role model community — neurodiverse teens lifting each other up
What parents say
Hear it from the families
Our family had a wonderful experience with this program. My son attended in the past and came out feeling more confident and empowered in how his brain functions. He especially enjoyed the skill building pillar. This is a truly thoughtful and well-designed program for children with neurodiversity and their siblings.
Sarah
I’ve sent both my kids to My Outlet. The programming was thoughtful, fun, interesting, and they always left with stories or something really cool to teach or show me. I love how much they learn about themselves and a variety of interests. Highly recommend!!!
Josie
My son really enjoys going to MyOutlet. He always comes out feeling proud of himself and excited to tell me what he’s achieved. The staff are encouraging, supportive, and create such a positive environment.
Deborah
My Outlet has been a fantastic program for my daughter. Since joining, she has grown in so many ways—building confidence, developing new skills, and discovering strengths we hadn’t even realized she had.
