About My Outlet

My Outlet helps neurodivergent kids, teens, young adults, and the organizations that support them unlock potential, build confidence, and thrive—exactly as they are.

My Outlet Team

Our Mission

My Outlet started with one parent's frustration: there was no navigation system for families navigating ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other neurotypes. No safe space for kids to feel seen. No tools for educators to truly support neurodivergent learners. No roadmap for employers to unlock the talent sitting right in front of them.

So we built it.

Today, we serve individuals, families, schools, camps, and workplaces with one mission: to unlock potential, remove barriers, and shift the conversation from deficit to strength.

We believe 20% of the population shouldn't have to work twice as hard to belong. We're here to change that.

Our Mission.png

How We Do It

From the ground up:

  • Kids & teen programming that builds confidence, executive function, and social connection

  • Post-secondary mentorship (The Beacon Program) for university students building careers and community

  • Employment pathways for neurodivergent young adults

From the top down:

  • Corporate consulting to build neuroinclusive workplaces

  • Training for educators, school administrators, and camp staff

  • Research partnerships that move from theory to real-world impact

Our Values

how we show up, every single day.

Strength-based, always.

Our activities and initiatives are razer focused on accessing untapped talent and unlocking barriers to reaching full potential.

Lived experience matters.

Our programs are co-developed with clinicians, educators, and neurodivergent individuals to deliver support that's evidence-informed and experience-proven.

Inclusion benefits everyone.

20% of the population is neurodivergent, but 100% benefit from inclusive spaces. When we design for difference, we all win.

We work from the ground up and the top down.

Real change happens when individuals are supported and systems shift. We meet people where they are—and push structures to meet them halfway.

Who We Are

My Outlet was founded by Audrie Chad, a neurodivergent mother and corporate leader who got tired of watching kids—including her own—struggle through systems that weren't built for them.

She knew early intervention mattered. She knew community was critical. And she knew that if the support system didn't exist, she'd have to build it.

What started as a kids' program for children with ADHD evolved into something bigger: a hub serving neurodivergent individuals across their entire journey—and the people walking alongside them.

Audrie's conversations didn't stop at the playground. She found herself talking to executives in boardrooms, camp directors, university students, policymakers, and educators—all wrestling with the same question: How do we create spaces where neurodivergent people don't just survive, but thrive?

That's what My Outlet does. We meet people where they are—whether that's a Sunday morning program in North York or a corporate training session in a downtown office tower—and give them the tools, community, and confidence to unlock what's already there.
